She is an educated nurse, and spent one year at the County College. She has15 credits in Sámi language. She has passed physical theatre courses, acrobatics og vocal training.
She was permanently employed at the theatre in 1987, but participated in her first production at the theatre in 1982. She has had a part in most plays, whereas one is about grief and suicide in 1993: Dearvvuođat (Greetings) and Ásllat Birtá Elle dállu in 2000 (The House of Bernarda Alba). She has been working at the following theatres: Dálvadis, Hĺlogaland Teater, Sverige Riksteater, Folkteatret i Gävleborg. She has experience with most theatre expressions, such as physical theatre, yoik/song/dance performances, storytelling, masque theatre and more conventional theatre. She has been working since 1992 with Mirka Yomenzakis vocal training. She has also experince with radio theatre, film and TV.
